Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Zalora, etc.).
  • Monitor daily online store operations, orders, inventory levels, and customer queries to secure timely fulfillment.
  • Execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Analyze online sales performance, traffic, and conversion data; provide regular reports with insights and action points.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics) and external partners (marketplace reps, couriers).
  • Support the planning and rollout of digital ads and paid boosts to drive traffic and sales.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep us a step ahead.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora) and online store platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital ads and e-commerce analytics is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple SKUs without losing your cool.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for solving customer needs swiftly.
  • A proactive enabler who thrives on data and takes ownership of our online store like it's your personal shop window.
