Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations & Strategy

  • Oversee daily store activities on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop: product listing, pricing updates, promo setup, and order monitoring.
  • Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (monthly mega sales, flash sales, brand days).
  • Collaborate with platform account managers to maximize visibility and traffic.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with warehouse and customer service to ensure smooth fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate - any course
  • Familiarity with inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and promotions management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking.
