Licensed Mechanical Engineer (with valid PRC license)

Experience: With at least 5 years experience in a supervisorial capacity in a construction industry, Must have excellent knowledge in maintenance service regime; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Demonstrated experience in an electronic environment and Extensive knowledge on computer information, procedures, and systems

In charge of overall monitoring of equipment maintenance and repair ensuring that unit are all in working condition.

ACTIVITIES

Equipment Maintenance Services

1) Identify and report maintenance concerns in relation to equipment through making recommendations for improvement of processes; 2) Supervise actual load testing and efficiency of unit condition; 3) Inspect, analyze, and evaluates extent of damage of equipment to be repaired; 4) Contribute to planning of work and allocation of tasks to come up with an appropriate decision making; 5) Complete necessary documents

Repair Scheduling

6) Prepare parts survey/schedule to personnel; 7) Perform job order control sheet report daily; 8) Prepare schedule of repair works according to its priority;

Risk and Quality Management

9) Ensure all work practices comply with relevant safety and environment legislation; 10) Participate in identification and implementation of strategies to control all relevant risks including the appropriate reporting of discern occurrences; 11) Ensure all work practices continues to improve in accordance with ISO principles;

People Development

12) Communicate job expectation, planning, monitoring, coaching, and training, appraising job contributions and adhering to policies and procedures; 13) Provide technical diagnostic advice to staff; 14) Update job knowledge by participating in internal and external opportunities and reading technical journals

Safety

15) Conform with safety policy and standard procedure; and

Others

16) Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
