Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Will directly report to Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day to day operations in the warehouse - maintains fleet and equipment.
  • Maintains personnel structure and approved manning count
  • Plans and coordinate local deliveries, monitor and evaluates performance of warehouse staff.
  • Monitors the unloading of all goods from the containers to the warehouse and ensures these are received properly via SAP encoding.
  • Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures and GMP findings.
  • Oversees proper labelling, follows FIFO and rotation of inventory.
  • Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and discipling delivery team.
  • Maintains an equipment structure (forklift and Pallet Jack) and level to accomplish the warehouse receiving operations in a safe and effective manner.
  • Coordination with cross functional teams for importation and local delivery schedules.
  • Maintains records, reports relevant information, and prepares any necessary documentation.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

· Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.

· Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.

· Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and management

· Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

· Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

· Problem-solving skills.

· Preferably with experience in the Food/Baking industry.

To be assigned at: FTI Complex, Bicutan Taguig

Monday to Saturday work days 6am to 3pm
