Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our engineering team in handling maintenance, utilities, and technical operations. This role calls for a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with solid expertise in facilities or plant operations. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with hands-on technical knowledge, ensuring optimal performance of both people and equipment.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day engineering activities, including maintenance and utilities support.
  • Organize, assign, and track work schedules and tasks for technicians and staff.
  • Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained for peak performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet production and operational needs.
  • Enforce compliance with safety guidelines, regulations, and engineering best practices.
  • Prepare updates on equipment condition, project milestones, and team output.
  • Propose and carry out process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Guide, coach, and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Required: Licensed engineer (RME/REE or PME/PEE preferred)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, utilities management, and safety standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities
  • Skilled in technical reporting, documentation, and problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33, Php38,000.00 per month
