JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Verbal and written Communication Skills, and Interpersonal Skills
- Have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives, screens and sorts various mail matters, reports and documents addressed to the immediate head; secures and attached needed background information or data on communication being referred to immediate head. Records relevant incoming/outgoing papers for future reference.
- Takes dictation, transcribes notes and encodes in appropriate format.
- Receives, screens and entertains visitors; refers to the immediate head those requiring superior's attention and to appropriate persons depending on the nature or purpose of visit.
- Answers and screens phone calls to immediate head or party concerned; makes outgoing calls for the immediate head; provides routine information to inquiries.
- Encodes correspondence, memos, reports and similar matters devising appropriate format or in accordance with standard format. Sends or properly routes the same to concerned person or department.
- Arranges and keeps appointment schedules of the immediate head.
