Responsibilities:

  • Reviews submitted enrollment requests assigned via the enrollment queues

  • Processes according to established productivity goals while maintaining established quality goals

  • Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines

  • Forwards enrollment discrepancies and documents to the enrollment outreach call team

  • Ensures thorough and timely completion of requests for additions, changes and terminations to subscriber and dependent records

  • Notifies his/her supervisor of trends that will impact internal and external customers

  • Adheres to "It Starts with You" Departmental Policy

  • Must be able to work required extra hours as dictated by business needs

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required and College Degree an advantage

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry with a combined focus on production and quality. College degree in lieu of experience will be considered

  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others and willingness to be a team player

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well via email

  • Familiarity with data processing and the ability to work with documented policies and procedures

  • Health Rules, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and any other system that logs productivity and triages workflow
