The Accounting Manager is in charge of the overall day to day management of the hotel/condotel financial department. Directly supervise and supports the Cashier, Revenue and Account Receivable Accountant and Accounting Officer.

JOB DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compilation of monthly and annual forecasts together with a variance analysis from each department manager.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures set by the Group are implemented and internal controls are operating effectively.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and schedules submitted by the Accounting Officer
  • Timely review of the reports produced and distributed by subordinates for the content, the quality of presentation, accuracy and investigate to clearly all points of varies
  • Report to management if there are any issues/concerns that requires immediate attention and disposition
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to facilitate conduct, evaluation and conclusion
  • Review and approve the head office hotel related journal transaction and vouchers prior to posting
  • Constantly review and analyze the monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and provide overall financial status of the operation to management
