The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural environment, with regular and independent communication with management and peers in finance and other functions or business units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report generation.
  • Prepare financial statements and other reports, involving cash flow, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Accurate data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Preparing and lodging BAS, IAS & FBT Returns.
  • Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, SMSFs and companies.
  • Assist in overseeing and managing daily accounting operations, including maintaining the general ledger and preparing financial statements.
  • Perform detailed month-end and year-end closing activities, including complex reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
  • Collaborating closely with senior accountants and managers on complex matter

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accountancy or any accounting related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant Australian accounting experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, or QuickBooks)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work on site in Eastwood City, Quezon City

Location:
Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, AU
(7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)

Work Arrangement:

Onsite during probationary
and a possibility of work from home arrangement after regularization
