Responsibilities

:

  • Handling daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, billing, payments, and bank uploads.
  • Preparation and submission of limited company accounts, corporation tax returns, income tax returns, and VAT returns.
  • Preparation of dividend vouchers and board minutes.
  • Preparation of sole trader accounts and year end accounts, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
  • Overseeing entire client ledgers, proactively managing and resolving discrepancies.
  • Execution of month-end closing activities, including journal entries and analysis.
  • Provision of comprehensive accounting services across all facets of the client's business.

Requirements

:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Experience of working in 
    UK accounting practice is essential
    .
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks).
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop both yourself and others, as well as being a team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a stable internet connection for a work from home arrangement and shift 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Manila time.

Location:

Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City (if onsite) 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | UK 
(3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)
