About the Role

We're looking for a driven and client-focused Senior Account Manager to be the trusted partner for our clients and lead the way in building lasting business relationships. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full account lifecycle — from onboarding and retention to upselling and growth — ensuring every client receives exceptional support and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product, and support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve or exceed account retention, growth, and revenue targets.
  • Track, report, and forecast account performance using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 yrs Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or in a client-facing B2B role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
