Get to Know the Role

Developing and implementing sales strategies

To effectively achieve branch growth targets, the marketing assistant must be able to craft, develop, and implement sales strategies that align with our bank's operating policies. Having a clearly defined action plan is necessary to hitting sales objectives. As a marketing officer, you are responsible for acquiring new customers, through organizing customer visits, assisting with promotional activities, and conducting market research. [Key Result Areas (KRAs): Volume of new deposits, Increased Loan Portfolio]

Product knowledge and customer experience

It is crucial for the marketing assistant to understand the products and services our bank offers. Product knowledge is required to accurately present our various services as well as to persuasively present them to potential customers. This builds faith in our customers and establishes trust between the bank and the client, which creates a positive customer experience. The marketing assistant answers customer inquiries and resolves issues and concerns arising from the application process. [KRAs: good customer feedback, quick resolution of inquiries and requests]

Day-to-day Activities

Customer calls

Works with the Branch Manager to reach out to new and existing customers to develop relationships that may lead to business growth.

Document and requirements assistance

Helps customers fill out loan and deposit applications, and informs the applicant of the additional requirements that may be needed.

Resolves customer inquiries

Coordinates with credit department and Branch Manager to address application concerns for new loans and deposits.

Customer onboarding

Assists clients through the initial phase of their journey through our products and services, from loan application (securing filled out application forms and other requirements) to loan release (preparation of loan documents, securing signatures, and discussion of terms).

Qualifications/Experience

· Customer-centric and results-oriented

· Experience in promotional and marketing activities

· Good presentation skills

· Experience in assisting in loan process

· Experience in Marketing in the banking or financing industry is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,665.00 per month
