Barista/Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
• Assist in stocking and inventory management of coffee beans, supplies, and café products.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• License or training for Barista or Hospitality Management
• Prior experience as a barista or in a café/food service setting
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
