Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in fleet management, auto repair, and insurance processes, with the ability to coordinate efficiently between multiple teams. You will be responsible for promoting our services, handling client requirements, and ensuring smooth operations from service to claims.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fleet management, auto repair, or related field.
  • Knowledge of body repair materials and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and claims.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams (internal and external).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service schedules and follow up with clients.
  • Assist in insurance claims processing and documentation.
  • Work closely with technicians, parts, and administrative teams.
  • Monitor inventory of repair materials and ensure availability.
  • Promote service offerings to potential and existing clients.
