About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Sourcer to support our recruiting and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for building strong candidate relationships.

In addition to sourcing qualified candidates, this role will assist with onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings in English and Spanish.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Manage and track candidate information using the ATS or CRM systems.
  • Support onboarding activities, including gathering documentation, scheduling orientation, coordinating with HR or hiring managers, and ensuring new hires complete required steps.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and employee records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or HR support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
