Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team at 5th Avenue, Caloocan City. As the Recruitment Manager, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process of our skilled, and professional Filipino workers for our international clients abroad. You will ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of our clients' manpower needs, while closely monitoring the progress of Recruitment Officers and Associates to ensure they meet their target KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling candidate-related concerns for individuals who are not yet deployed and are still in the Philippines.

Main Duties

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process of skilled and professional workers for our international clients.
  • Manage the complete document processing of selected candidates.
  • Analyze, plan, and execute recruitment programs and hiring processes to meet the evolving needs of our client's growing business.
  • Proactively source and implement recruitment activities, such as job fairs, special recruitment events in PESO offices, partnerships with colleges and TESDA-accredited training centers, and collaborations with third-party job sites and media to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain applicant databases, ensuring accurate records, reports, and documents of all candidates, including their employment contracts and pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of current HR administrative functions and centralization of all processes.
  • Participate in calibration meetings and act as the key contact for international clients assigned to your team.
  • Communicate effectively with shortlisted candidates and provide weekly recruitment and processing reports to your immediate superior.
  • Assess candidates provided by your team to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities related to the role as assigned by the supervisor, in line with industry standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Recruitment role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
  • Flexibility in working hours, as there will be requirements to align with European, American, or Asian business hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Must be willing to work at our location in 5th Avenue, Caloocan City.
