STAFFING
- Assists in the recruitment and selection from interviewing, screening, and hiring. Conducts background investigation specifically for supervisory and managerial positions based on the provision of competent and qualified candidate according to the manpower request and plan.
- Assists in the orientation and processing of employment documents of newly hired employees.
- Assist in the preparation of HR and QESH monthly reports.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Assists in the development and planning of company related activities on welfare and development program.
- Assists in strengthening employee - employer relationships through Annual General Staff Meeting.
- Assists in the processing of employee's related concerns in BIR, Philhealth, Social Security System and Pag-IBIG Fund.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Assists in the preparation payroll, payment of employee benefits including remittances to private and government institutions based on the required due dates.
- Assists in the coordination with various agencies on healthcare, life insurance and other benefits of employees.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Assist in sourcing of training provider, registration, payment processing and issuance of required documents.
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
- Assists in processing the renewal and accreditation of the company and engineers.
- Assists in the preparation of DOLE reports and other compliance surveys.
- Performs other related works as required.
