Position: Digital Functional Coordinator

Industry: Shared Services Company

Location: Quezon City

Work Set up: Hybrid (Once a month RTO)

Salary: Php 60,000

Work Schedule: 9PM - 5AM or 6PM - 2AM

Requirements:

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree
  • Well-versed in e-commerce systems and CMS tools
  • Having prior experience working with digital product teams is advantageous.
  • Experience managing several projects
  • Suitable for a midshift work schedule

Responsibilities:

  • In responsible of gathering information from the Business Units and notifying the Functional Support Analysts of any internal registration requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact and account manager.
  • primary point of contact for all issues and ensure timely communication with key contacts in the Business Unit
  • Verify issues raised by business units and take appropriate action.
  • Manage the daily tasks of the Functional Support staff.
  • Acknowledge the entire workflow and the complex product architecture,
  • Ascertain whether a problem is more likely to be configuration-related or technical.
  • Offer and implement best practices and strategies for collaboration with the Product and Product Success teams.
  • Build trusting relationships with the functional support analysts and technical teams.
