We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented — capable of turning analytics into actionable marketing strategies that strengthen our brand and boost conversions.


What You'll Do
  • Run ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Check campaign results and make improvements based on key metrics like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Test different ads, captions, and audience targeting.
  • Review data and create simple reports with recommendations.
  • Work with the creative and sales teams to make sure campaigns match business goals.
  • Stay updated on new marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Help with special projects and other tasks when needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience running and optimizing digital ads.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one new platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Good analytical skills, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple campaigns at once.

  • Improving CTR and conversion rates.
  • Managing ad budgets wisely.
  • Bringing in fresh ideas, tools, or strategies.
