Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid Setup)

Quezon City | Hybrid | Part-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This role combines creativity and analytics — from crafting content and managing social media to running paid campaigns and optimizing website performance. If you're a hands-on marketer who loves balancing data with design, this opportunity offers flexible hours and hybrid work setup.

What You'll Do

Website & SEO

  • Manage and update company websites (WordPress or Wix).
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics and suggest UX or performance improvements.

Content & Social Media

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Write and design engaging blogs, social posts, and digital materials (Canva).
  • Create and edit short-form videos for campaigns using CapCut.
  • Manage brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Increase engagement through trend-based and interactive content.

Paid Media & Email Marketing

  • Launch and manage digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Analyze ad performance and make adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Build and execute email campaigns and newsletters (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Track key email and ad performance metrics and refine campaigns as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in WordPress/Wix, SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Experience managing social media, paid campaigns, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual content skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and up to date with the latest digital trends.
  • Available to work part-time with a hybrid setup based in Quezon City.
