1. Sales Generation

  • Drive sales through active broker engagement and support.
  • Monitor broker performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Implement strategies to meet monthly sales targets.

2. Broker Recruitment, Development & Activation

  • Recruit new accredited brokers and salespersons within assigned areas.
  • Ensure newly accredited brokers are properly onboarded, oriented, and actively selling.
  • Organize broker orientations, training sessions, and recognition activities.
  • Develop a sustainable broker network by building relationships with real estate organizations, associ-ations, and independent brokers.

3. Marketing Support

  • Assist brokers with project information, sales kits, and marketing collaterals.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to support broker-driven events and activities.
  • Provide basic promotional support to enhance sales visibility.

4. Relationship Management & Organization Representation

  • Represent the company in broker events, orientations, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the
  • company's brand and reputation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accredited broker.
