  1. System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and needs.

  2. IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resource, as well as changes on the IT resource.

  3. Preventive Maintenance. Pro-active maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure on IT resource.

  4. Corrective Maintenance. Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operations.

  5. With skills and knowledge on the ff. systems:

  6. LAN, Internet, Telephone Network

  7. ESET AV, Active Directory, Windows Update Service, Hibun, Kanzen Shoukyo
  8. Backup System (Atempo Time Navigator)
  9. Door Access, Camera & Recorder System
  10. Window Base File Server, AD, RMS, OMS... etc.
  11. Linux Base (COACH)
  12. Solaris Base (CAE File/Oracle/Virtual Hosting Server)
  13. Office Automation Software (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat... etc.)
  14. Hardware (Office PC, Inkjet Printer, DesktopScanner, Laser Printer, Projector ... etc.)
  15. Multi-function Printers/Plotters
  16. Product Softwares (Solidworks, CATIA, CAD Doctor, CR-5000, NX/NX I-DEAS, Mentor Graphics CHS, Mentor Graphics xPedition, Cadra, Rinocerous, Micro CADM, ANSYS, Hyper Works, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, OPTPIX Imesta... etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate/bachelor's degree in information technology & Computer-related/equivalent courses

  2. With one (1) year work related experience

  3. Preferably residing near the on-site/customer sites

  4. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges

  5. Good written and communication skills

  6. Can work under minimum supervision
