𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: We are looking for an experienced 𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 to join our Head Office team in Batangas City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling key HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, timekeeping, policy implementation, and government compliance. This role requires strong coordination, professionalism, and initiative to support both management and employees effectively.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
•Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
•Assist in policy enforcement, disciplinary actions, and issuance of HR memos, NTEs, IRs, and other documentation
•Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping reports in coordination with the Payroll team
•Handle employee relations, counseling, and grievance management professionally and discreetly
•Ensure government compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and other regulatory agencies
•Support HR Manager in implementing programs, audits, and process improvements
•Prepare reports and HR metrics for management review
•Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a harmonious work environment 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
•Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
•With at least 3–5 years of solid HR experience (preferably in generalist or officer-level role)
•Strong knowledge of labor laws, government compliance, and disciplinary process
•Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
•Trustworthy, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
•Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced with HRIS or timekeeping systems is an advantage
