Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end acquisition of B2C partnerships for Shinagawa Lasik and Aesthetics Center. Corp. (SLACC) and Shinagawa Healthcare Solutions Corporation (SHSC), from lead generation and cold calling to securing agreements with schools, offices, LGUs, community groups, and other organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote SLACC and SHSC services and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support marketing events, generate leads from participation, and manage sales referrals/Shinagawa Rewards Circle (SRC) to drive walk-in appointments and convert prospects into clients.
  • Prepare event materials, promotional items, and presentations.
  • Facilitate the preparation and signing of Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) or Service Agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, legal, etc.) for planning and executing on-site activities such as health events, check-ups, and brand activations at partner locations.
  • Oversee event implementation to ensure successful delivery of services, achievement of sales targets, and collection of customer feedback.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, including lead follow-up, customer engagement, and partner satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain and update the partner database, monitoring engagement, performance metrics, and retention efforts.
  • Support client relationship management, renewal discussions, and expansion of strategic partnerships.
  • Perform other partnership development and event marketing tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
