JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for elevating the visibility, prestige, and market performance of high-end brand products. This role involves leading the development and execution of premium marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity, grow market share, and drive business success in the luxury or upscale segment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Marketing & Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify premium consumer segments, evaluate competitors, and anticipate luxury market trends.
  • Set strategic goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide and measure success.

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns tailored to high-end clientele across digital, print, in-store, and experiential platforms.
  • Craft refined, persuasive marketing content that reflects the brand's tone and prestige.
  • Allocate and monitor campaign budgets; track and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Brand Development & Stewardship:

  • Uphold and enhance the brand's premium image across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, aesthetics, and customer experience across channels.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and adapt strategies to maintain top-tier market positioning.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring strategic allocation to maximize ROI and reinforce brand value.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, merchandising, and external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of marketing experience in a managerial capacity, with a strong focus on luxury, lifestyle, or high-end retail brands.
  • Proven experience in the Retail and/or Food & Beverage sectors is a significant advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in premium brand positioning, customer insight, and luxury consumer behavior.
  • Strong background in product promotion, campaign management, and brand storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in digital marketing, visual merchandising, and content creation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms, e-commerce tools, and performance analytics.
  • High attention to detail, creative flair, and an appreciation for luxury aesthetics and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
