What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems (Windows XP to 10, Mac OS), and software (Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber).
  • Manage IT service requests by resolving issues, updating tickets, communicating statuses, and collaborating with vendors for complex AV/technical solutions.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on hardware/software, use diagnostic tools for network/workstation issues, and support IT projects with a team-oriented approach.


What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with certifications like CompTIA A or MCP.
  • At least 18 months of IT experience, including hands-on support for Windows OS and Active Directory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of Mac OS, mobile device management (iOS/Android), and network troubleshooting.
