Senior AI Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Full Stack Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying full-scale applications using cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams while working independently
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – ability to build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong communication skills; ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks effectively

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can hit the ground running, and prioritizes code quality.

Project Details:

Engagement Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation

Project Focus: Sprint support & feature delivery

Commitment: 30–40 hours/week preferred (flexible for strong contributors)

Initial Duration: 3 months (extension possible)

Location: Global (preference for PH/EMEA time overlap)

Start Date: ASAP
