  • Implement PREHAI-PARKRIDGE ESTATES RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. construction policies and guidelines
  • Ensures PREHAI-PARKRIDGE ESTATES RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. construction safety and guidelines implementation and rollout
  • Review, sign, and approve daily work permit/gate pass, etc.
  • Ensures proper coordination and collaboration with other PREHAI administration departments
