Summary:

· Handlecustomer queries/issues through voice and/or non-voice transactions,demonstrating attentive listening and effective communication skills to ensurecustomer satisfaction.

· Identifyand assess customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions,following established processes and guidelines to provide accurate and timelyresolutions.

· Maintainnecessary documentation of each interaction with customers, ensuring accuraterecording of details, actions taken, and resolutions provided.

· Updatecustomer accounts and profiles as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-dateinformation is maintained to support efficient and personalized customerservice.


Roles and Responsibilities:

· Acquireand maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products,processes, and policies, enabling you to provide accurate and relevantinformation to customers.

· Collaborateeffectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customerexperience and prompt resolution of customer issues.

· Meet orexceed assigned performance goals, including but not limited to quality scores,customer satisfaction ratings , and adherence to schedules

· Continuouslystrive to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoingtraining and learning opportunities.

Required Skills:

· At least 6months of professional customer service experience

· Flexibilityto work any hours between night or morning shifts andduring weekends and holidays

· Must beorganized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on providing superiorCustomer Service.

· Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical issuesin a comprehensive manner

· Strongtime management skills that enable you to perform and deliver results with highwork volumes.

· A flexibleteam player who is willing to do ad-hoc tasks, quickly shift work priorities,and take on additional tasks as needed.

· Enthusiasticand positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn all aspects of thebusiness.

· Must beable and willing to operate in a 24/7 shift work environment.
