Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to oversee our accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and lead our accounting team. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, compliance, and financial regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
