Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct the end-to-end onboarding process for newly-hired employees
  • Assist employees in obtaining government-provided benefits
  • Handle records management of employees (i.e., 201 files, certificate of employment, HMO documents, clearance forms, etc.)
  • Champion for performance management by ensuring employee evaluations are conducted regularly and appropriately
  • Handle employee discipline
  • Help develop fun and meaningful employee engagement activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to appy
  • Has a strong background in employee relations
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of professional experience in the HR field
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup
  • Ready to join a diverse and dynamic team
