What's the role?

The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key responsibilities include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development/succession planning, and organizational development to support Hilti's business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in Global HR initiatives. The HRBP advises on HR policy and assists with the implementation of HR procedures & processes. This role spans multiple HR functional specializations.

What does the role involve?

The role involves partnering with line management to provide HR consultation, support, and guidance. Key responsibilities include support/coaching for managers, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, succession planning, and organizational development aligned with business goals. The position includes managing local HR projects and supporting global HR initiatives. It serves as an entry point into the HRBP function, advising on HR policies and processes across various HR areas.

What you need is:
  1. 5-10 years of HRBP experience (both operational and strategic)
  2. Experience in Talent Acquisition (from developing hiring plans to execution)
  3. International experience (such as volunteering, overseas assignments, or studies)
  4. High learning agility and strong interpersonal skills
  5. Experience working in complex, matrix, and multinational organizations
