Job Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner role involves providing strategic partnership, technical expertise, and supervision of transactional support on the management of human resources. This includes developing appropriate HR interventions and strategies for assigned districts/divisions to support business objectives.

The HR Business Partner is responsible for validating information on issues, recommending appropriate HR solutions, and appraising both HR and district/division on the possible effect of its programs on the other's programs.

This role also involves equipping key personnel with the appropriate knowledge and tools to help them deliver district/division's HR management plans, resulting in a uniform and correct delivery of HR strategies.

The Human Resources Business Partner ensures that each HR program's benefit outweighs costs and initiates potential areas for cost reduction during delivery to reduce HR related costs.

This role determines the impact and resistance to change initiatives, implements structured plans, and ensures smooth transitions. It analyzes HR policies, recommends improvements, and communicates effectively to address gaps, resulting in operational efficiency and consistent HR strategy delivery.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related courses.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in HR business partnering.
  • Knowledgeable in several facets of HR such as Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be willing to perform fieldwork for store visits and ocular inspections.
