Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assist the Accountant in ;

  • Recording and classifying financial transactions
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist payroll processing and recording, including statutory contributions
  • Preparation of internal financial reports, such as Income Statements, Balance sheet, Cash flows, Aging Accounts Receivables, Monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities
  • Assist in preparation of schedules and submission of tax documents and filings (once turned over from existing outsourced service of filing)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, accounting management, certified bookkeeper (e.g., Finance, Business Administration)
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • At least have 6 months - 1 year experience ( but fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week
