We're growing Our company, a leading provider of
large format printing, signage production, and wooden fabrication
, is looking for a
Senior Accounting Clerk
to strengthen our accounting team.

If you have solid accounting experience and want to be part of a fast-moving, production-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle
  AR/AP monitoring
  , collections follow-up, and supplier reconciliation
• Prepare and record
  journal entries, ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents
• Maintain and organize accounting files (ORs, DRs, POs, job orders, receipts)
• Assist in
  job order costing
  for printing, signage, and fabrication projects
• Support compliance tasks:
  VAT, EWT, 2307
  , and BIR documentation
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and production teams for verification and costing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Accountancy, Accounting Tech, or Business
• 2–3 years experience in general accounting or clerical accounting
• Experience in
  manufacturing, construction, or fabrication
  is a plus
• Proficient in
  Excel
  and familiar with basic accounting software
• Organized, detail-oriented, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision
