Operations Coordinator

Job Objective
The Operations Coordinator supports the smooth execution of daily operations, ensuring projects and activities run efficiently. This role involves coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear communication across departments. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily operational activities across teams and projects.
- Ensure timely communication between departments, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and provide updates to management.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations using MS Office.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Handle operational challenges effectively under pressure.
- Other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Engineering or any related field.
Background in construction or operations is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle stress and work under tight deadlines.

Can start immediately.
