About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support key initiatives and ensure the efficient operation of our core departments. In this role, you will work closely with the COO and be instrumental in coordinating efforts with stakeholders, developers, and department leads across Marketing, Customer Support, and Development. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional player experiences and achieve our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Coordination & Support: Work closely with the CEO and COO to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Communication Hub: Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and department leads (Marketing, Player Support, Developers).
  • Administrative Support: Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk logs. Track project progress and help identify potential roadblocks.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Support the COO as a point of contact for developers and other key stakeholders, assisting with updates on project status and managing expectations.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect project data, assist in performance analysis, and contribute insights to the COO on efficiency and impact.

What You Should Have

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related administrative role, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of marketing, customer support, or software development processes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
