Key Responsibilities:

  • Reddit Strategy & Technical Execution:

  • Develop and execute advanced ban-avoidance and risk management strategies.

  • Manage proxy, VPN, and technical setups to maintain account health and platform access.
  • Build and oversee account farming systems to ensure long-term subreddit credibility.
  • Create authentic, high-value content to spark real engagement across communities.
  • Stay updated on Reddit's rules and moderation policies to guide compliant strategies.

  • General Digital Marketing, Content & SEO:

  • Integrate Reddit campaigns with the broader digital marketing strategy.

  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Own and manage the content calendar to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices for improved visibility.
  • Oversee design and creative output using tools like Canva.
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Reddit marketing campaigns or community growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of proxy, VPN, and account management systems.
