Job Overview:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist — a driven all-rounder who can take charge of daily operations, manage online stores, and execute creative marketing strategies. This role blends e-commerce management, digital content creation, and customer service to keep the business running smoothly and scaling consistently.


Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage website backend, ensuring site stability, updates, and performance.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, dropshipping logistics, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain clear costing records and ensure operational efficiency.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create and manage marketing content such as EDMs, social media posts, and product updates.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews to strengthen brand credibility.

Customer & Communication Management

  • Handle emails, inquiries, and customer service with professionalism and warmth.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce or similar).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, social scheduling platforms).
  • Familiarity with dropshipping workflows and product data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
