Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, energetic, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all digital marketing strategies. This individual will serve as an integral part of the management team, assisting with both digital marketing and general administrative duties—particularly during periods of manager absence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical marketing skills and administrative capabilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a driven professional who is passionate about the beauty industry and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost online sales for our client.

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email newsletters, and the company blog.

SEO & Analytics

  • Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and analyze website traffic and user behavior with tools like Google Analytics to optimize performance.

Paid Advertising

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media to maximize ROI.

Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute campaigns, including promotions, product updates, and customer retention series.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide operational assistance by managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth business operations, especially during the absence of the general manager.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen AU Beauty Bazaar's brand voice and image across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
