Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Design Specialist who combines creativity with analytical expertise. This role focuses on managing digital campaigns, creating compelling visuals, and enhancing user experiences while ensuring measurable business results.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Manage and build email campaigns in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Design marketing assets such as ads, emails, social media graphics, and landing pages.
  • Develop and refine wireframes and prototypes in Figma to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with external partners to align marketing strategies and maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with a track record of optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong UI/UX and prototyping skills in Figma.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with agencies.
