  • Navigate platforms like SmartHub, HubSpot, and Jira to manage support requests and track resolutions

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2–3 years in customer service or technical support, with a solid grasp of what great support looks like
  • A knack for picking up new software tools quickly and confidently
  • Sharp organizational skills and a natural problem-solver mindset
  • Fluent English communication—clear, professional, and personable
  • A laser focuses on accuracy and detail, even when juggling multiple tasks
