Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer

What You'll Do:

  • Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and proactive communication during outages
  • Drive root-cause analyses and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues
  • Build automation tools and streamline workflows to reduce manual toil
  • Document best practices, procedures, and environment setups
  • Partner with stakeholders through sync-ups, updates, and feedback sessions
  • Train and mentor junior engineers across different technical domains
  • Be part of a 24x7 shift rotation ensuring high availability

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years managing high-availability production environments
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Solid experience in at least 1–2 tools per domain: Linux Administration: RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc., Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Networking: Core principles, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxies (Nginx), SDN, DHCP, DNS

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications like CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified
  • Experience in DevOps environments and cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in automation (Bash, Python, etc.)
