JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic/Tactical

  • Recruit, train, and develop IT staff while maintaining a safe, secure work environment.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic IT plans.
  • Protect assets through disaster recovery, backup procedures, and strong information security controls.
  • Stay current with industry trends via training, networking, and professional development.

Reports & Analytics

  • Lead IT staff by setting clear expectations, monitoring results, and coaching for performance.
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and systems to achieve department and company goals.

Process & Compliance

  • Conduct research to align technology solutions with organizational strategies and user needs.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Recommend IT strategies, policies, and improvements to meet business requirements.
  • Manage budgets, forecast needs, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Support team success by contributing to related projects as needed.

Baseline Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in Information Technology.
  • Specialization/Industry: Strong technical expertise in Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, Virtualization technologies, VoIP/IP technologies, Antivirus systems, and related IT infrastructure tools.
