Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 102,000 to Php 139,000 to apply.

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Cloudflare) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on delivering and managing Cloudflare services, especially Zero Trust Network Access and related solutions. Your work will improve performance, strengthen security, and support reliable access across our infrastructure.

What will you do as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer?

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will partner with colleagues in technology, business platforms, service delivery, and Cloudflare engineers to uphold best practice designs and solutions for Cloudflare within our organisation. You will also research and test new Cloudflare features, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure services meet the needs of a global organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Level 3 technical support and escalation within Technology.
• Participating in incident response and change management (root cause analysis, implementing fixes, documenting changes).
• Supporting project delivery and ensuring best practice design for Cloudflare services.
• Working on-call and taking part in scheduled out-of-hours work.

Essential:

Technical expertise

• 5+ years of professional experience in enhancing network operations and engineering, security, and technology, working with Cloudflare in large-scale environments and with proven ability in:

• Cloudflare Zero Trust design, implementation, and management

• Configuration of Cloudflare applications, WARP VPN, and Secure Web Gateway policies
• Web Application Firewall (WAF) policy design and OWASP threat mitigation
• Log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution (WAF rules, DDoS, connectivity)
• Internet technologies knowledge (TCP/UDP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, proxies)

Problem-solving and project delivery

• Complex issue diagnosis and resolution
• Project leadership and delivery
• Risk identification and process improvement

Collaboration and communication

• Excellent English communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues across global teams.

Desirable:

• Performance optimisation with caching, CDN features, and DNS protocols (DoH, DoT)
