Mezen Realty & Development Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Staff to join our finance & accounting team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh Accountancy graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience. The position focuses on managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, monitoring collections, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate must be willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and manage collections efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports and provide updates to management.
- Assist in preparing and submitting monthly financial reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to address billing or payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City.
