Overview:

We are in search of an energetic sales and marketing professional to spearhead promotional efforts and drive revenue growth for an upscale bar and lounge in Makati. The role focuses on delivering a unique customer experience characterized by retro music and a sophisticated ambiance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and attract patrons.

- Identify target demographics and tailor outreach initiatives accordingly.

- Develop marketing materials and campaigns that align with the brands identity.

- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet financial goals.

- Seek out and develop new business opportunities.

- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers.

- Oversee digital channels such as the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

- Generate compelling content that highlights the venues retro music theme.

- Use digital analytics and tools to monitor and optimize marketing performance.

- Organize events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

- Assess event outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.

- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tools, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.

- Creative with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Familiarity with the Filipino consumer market is advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements:

- At least 3 years of relevant marketing and sales experience.
