Position: Sales and Marketing Manager (Bar & Lounge) | Makati
Overview:
We are looking for an energetic sales and marketing manager to lead promotional activities and increase revenue for an upscale bar and lounge in Makati. This role is centered on creating a distinctive customer experience featuring retro music and an elegant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract customers.
  • Identify target audiences and customize outreach efforts.
  • Create marketing materials and campaigns consistent with the brand identity.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage digital channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content highlighting the venue's retro music theme.
  • Utilize digital tools and analytics to track and improve marketing performance.
  • Plan and manage events and promotions to increase customer engagement and revenue.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Evaluate event results and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven marketing and sales experience, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media.
  • Creative with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with the Filipino consumer market is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing and sales experience.
