Inventory controllers/Encoders, or stock controllers/encoders, manage inventory levels of the business and have the ability to analyze supply chain data.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring inventory levels as needed.
  2. Coordinating the logistics of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
  3. Tracking products inbound and outbound products to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
  4. Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
  5. Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  6. Maintaining and updating inventory records.
  7. Checks the record to be inputted in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accuracy and completeness.
  8. Encodes information correctly and completely.
  9. Files the worksheets or records where encoded information has been derived for proper identification and traceability.
  10. Participates actively in the Quality Improvement and related activities.

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent data entry and typing skills, with a high level of accuracy
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  3. Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Adaptable and able to work well in a team environment
  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar data entry or administrative role
  7. Willing to be deployed in Brgy. Turbina, Calamba Laguna.
