Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode and update all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions in the system.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entries such as item codes, quantities, descriptions, and warehouse locations.
  • Prepare and generate inventory reports as required by the warehouse or management team.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of delivery receipts, stock transfers, and related records.
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits.
  • Support the warehouse team in monitoring stock levels and alerting for low or overstocked items.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of warehouse data and records.
  • Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or vocational course in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a data encoder or in warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
